Design a bathroom around your daily routine.
Small decisions about light, storage and materials can change how a bathroom feels.

A thoughtful project begins with a clear sense of what matters. Before focusing on individual finishes or floor plans, take a step back and think about the life you want the space to support.
Start with the people who use it
A shared primary bathroom has different priorities from a guest bathroom. Think about what happens in the room each day, which items need to stay within reach and what you want to keep out of sight.
Make a storage list
Take stock of towels, toiletries and cleaning supplies before discussing cabinetry. A useful storage plan begins with actual belongings. It also helps distinguish between open display space and storage you prefer to keep closed.
Consider light and atmosphere
Look at the room at different times of day. Note where it feels bright, dim or visually busy. Bring these observations to the design discussion alongside inspiration images so practical needs and the atmosphere you want can be considered together.
See materials together
Compare your preferred tile, countertop and cabinet samples side by side. Ask about care requirements before making a final selection. A bathroom should feel inviting, while also fitting the attention you want to give it in everyday use.
A home should begin with the way you live, then take shape around it.
Your starting-point checklist.
- Write down the changes that would make the biggest difference.
- Gather a few reference images and explain what you like about them.
- List your priorities, questions and preferred timing.
